My question is, with all the technology we achieved as human, but yet we are so lacking behind in terms of solving problems like diseases, hunger and killing each other. With all the advance in social studies we are still behind, and what bug me the most that we have all the means and tools to face up to all our challenges, but still no wills.
In my observations on trying to tackle this problem I went about thinking of
1- Who could best be the candidates of solving these problems ( state, institution or others).?
2- What theory that we know for sure failed.?
3- To what extreme can we go to address the problem (I mean real extreme, can we force one person or state to do what is proven good for them?).
I am not sure about which approach or what answer to these questions, but here I go it is not about rich state/person vs poor state/person. I will take some examples
1) Cuba has no super economy to match it with the US but yet it is more advanced in health care and housing than the US. Each one has different method of running and organizing people, I am not here to promote one but to look at the out come. On the other hand US citizen enjoy more freedom and prosperity than Cuban.
2) The Scandinavian states enjoys more of health care, peaceful state, wealth and freedom.
3) China in the other hand NO freedom, fair system of health care, lots of poor people and emerging as a Super Power.

A lots of other countries are still way behind and no body seems to care. Are human share the same destiny in this planet? would it be fair to ask we could enjoy more prosperity if we act together? the conventional wisdom says " change come from within and from the bottom up" is that true? those who have and those who have not. Who got the upper hand.
